Prior joins Oxford Innovation having been the MD of several manufacturing and service businesses, while Tracey is an experienced and multi-skilled engineer with a proven track record in operational and strategic NPD (New Product Development) projects.

Lawrie has extensive management experience having founded and managed Pure Blue Natural Spring Water in March 2005 – growing it to the best selling drinks brand, by volume, in the south west. He has also served as commercial manager at Proper Cornish Ltd and in a variety of sales and marketing roles at Mars Inc (now Masterfoods).

Andrew Farmer, Oxford Innovation’s director of performance & coaching, said: “Our aim is to work closely with local businesses to maximise their growth potential and achieve outstanding and enduring results, and that means having coaches who have firsthand experience of the issues facing our clients.

“Joanne, Richard and David bring with them exceptional knowledge and understanding which I am confident will have a hugely positive impact on the businesses they will work with.”
