Following on from the success of Kernowine, owners Del and Natasha Crookes have opened Kernow Dine & Deli, right next door.

By day, visitors can expect to find a wide range of local deli produce and then by night, the space transforms into a fine-dining restaurant with head chef Gabriel Verdi at the helm.

Verdi is a young, talented chef who has spent the past six years working in Cornwall and London, training under names such as Gordon Ramsay and Adam Handling at the Ugly Butterfly.

Natasha Crookes said: “It seems like yesterday that we opened Kernowine, but thanks to the fantastic support we’ve received from our local community and visitors alike, we’re delighted to throw the doors open to our second shop and restaurant.”
