Businesses across Cornwall will have the opportunity to network at a special lunch event being held on Thursday, May 14 as part of Cornwall Business Week.
The event, at St Mellion International Resort, takes place ahead of the prestigious Cornwall Business Awards 2015 later that day.
Delegates will have the opportunity to network and enjoy lunch in the beautiful resort before listening to guest speaker Sarah Newton, currently MP for Truro and Falmouth.
She will give her view and analysis on what the election result might mean for Cornwall’s businesses.
Cornwall Chamber of Commerce chief executive, Kim Conchie, said: “We are delighted to have Sarah speaking at the lunch. Her insight and knowledge about the possible future landscape for our business community will give delegates a great head start for the term ahead.”
The event, hosted by Cornwall Chamber and Leading Women, will allow plenty of time for networking.
The session runs from 1.30pm to 3.30pm and includes a light lunch and networking for just £10 per head plus vat.
