The Fifteen Cornwall restaurant at Watergate Bay has celebrated its eighth birthday.
Since opening its doors in 2006, it has served over 530,000 people in the restaurant and trained over 150 apprentices in our kitchen.
Last February, the restaurant had its first major revamp and created 6,400 little black and white tiles, 58 beautiful new light fittings, 12 metres of bar and installed one charcoal-fired Josper oven.
Last year alone customers nibbled on 6,011 bowls of mammoth green Puglian olives, 28,140 dishes of pasta and 9,969 balls of arancini were lovingly prepared and our sommeliers paired 14,250 glasses of wine with your food.
The front of house team served last year 33,290 cups of Origin’s Cornish roasted coffee and its bar team shook up 16,922 cocktails.
