My client a luxury establishment based near Falmouth are seeking an Assistant Marina Manager to join their team on a permanent full time basis.
The successful candidate will have held a similar role within a Marine type background. You must have an extensive understanding of Marina and Harbour operations, a broad understanding of Harbour maintenance, posses excellent customer service skills and have and be able to assist with general administration and finance.
You will be required to assist with the day to day running of the waterfront to include safeguarding of customers, equipment and staff and monitoring facilities in a general capacity. You will ideally have a qualification in boats, skippering and maintenance of boats.
