An independent satisfaction survey carried out on behalf of Coastline Housing has revealed that more than nine out of ten tenants are satisfied with the quality of their home, and 90% are happy with their neighbourhood as a place to live.
The vast majority of tenants (91%) were also satisfied that their rent represents value for money, and 92.2% were satisfied with the overall service provided by Coastline Housing.
This is a sharp rise from the results of the last survey, three years ago, where 86.7% of tenants said they were satisfied with the overall service they received.
Coastline Housing is an independent, not-for-profit housing association, owning and managing over 3,900 homes in towns and villages across Cornwall.
Robert Nettleton, Chief Executive of Coastline Housing, said: “Achieving an overall satisfaction rate of 92.2%, putting Coastline in the top 5% of landlords nationally, is a fantastic result.”
