A new creative agency has opened its doors for business in Newquay.
Mackie Studio focuses on brand identity, graphic design for website and print media, photography and creative illustration.
It is the brainchild of international designer and photographer Karl Mackie, who has been carving out a niche across a spectrum of creative mediums for the past 20 years.
Originally from Bristol, Mackie migrated to the Cornish coast to fulfil his “insatiable appetite for sea and surf culture” which can be observed within his work.
He commented: “We’re stoked to be opening Mackie Studio. It’s been years in the making and we’re very thankful for all the support here and abroad which has enabled it to happen.
“Our work aims to celebrate surf culture and lifestyle, so where better to be located than in the middle of it all, in the heart of British surf culture!”
