A consultancy service has been launched specifically aimed at helping small catering operations in Cornwall.
Delicate Trade is the new venture of Ben Stevens, who has 21 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
He explained: “Delicate Trade is about helping B&Bs, pubs, restaurants, hotels, and cafes in Cornwall make their businesses successful and profitable, responsibly, quickly, and efficiently.
“I’ve seen so many mistakes made in this industry that I believe I can help people avoid wasting time and money on strategies that don’t work.”
Delicate Trade offers various types of contract from one-day projects or mystery shopper reviews, to annual business development schemes.
