Cornish developer Treveth has celebrated its third anniversary by moving into its new office in Truro in response to rapid expansion.

The housebuilder and commercial property developer has accomplished rapid growth over the past three years despite having to navigate its way through a global pandemic shortly after it was established. Treveth now has five times the number of staff in 2023 than it did in 2019, growing from six to 30 employees, and has significantly grown its property portfolio in both the commercial and residential markets.

It now manages 78 properties across three developments and 45 units across six commercial sites. Building homes for people who live, work in or have family connections in the immediate vicinity of its sites, Treveth currently has 330 new homes in build across three active sites in Cornwall and a further 700 units either in planning or recently consented.

MD, Tim Mulholland, said: “I can’t believe we have celebrated Treveth’s third anniversary already. I’m so proud of the team and our sincere thanks to all our partners and stakeholders who have supported our exciting journey.”
