South west law firm Foot Anstey advised house builder Burrington Estates on its latest land acquisition in Cornwall.

The nine-acre site in Trispen on the outskirts of Truro includes 85 homes, offered on both an open market and affordable housing element.

Nicholas Burt, a senior associate within Foot Anstey’s real estate group, said: “We’re delighted to have acted on this transaction which will hopefully assist with the shortage of good quality homes, and make a lasting contribution to the landscape and to the communities our client is helping to create.

“Trispen is a remarkable site in a unique setting and Burrington will no doubt do a great job in generating long-term value by creating a successful and sustainable living environment.”

Burrington Estates MD, Colin Palmer, added: “We are looking forward to delivering a collection of distinctive new homes to meet the current housing demand in Truro.”
