Acting on behalf of OCS Group, property consultancy Alder King has sold the freehold of Crusader House in Truro to an expanding local firm of rural surveyors and auctioneers.
The imposing detached property on Newham Road attracted significant interest from investors, owner occupiers and developers and was subsequently sold by informal tender, achieving in excess of the £175k guide price.
The successful purchaser was Edward Buckland Ltd, which will refurbish the accommodation before relocating from its current premises in Grampound Road.
Crusader House has the advantage of “excellent car parking for its size” as well as being within walking distance of Truro city centre. It offers up to 1,516 sq ft of office accommodation over two floors.
