Law firm Foot Anstey has advised on the proposed development of 24 new homes in Blackwater.
The new scheme, which will be delivered as 16 affordable and 8 open market home, is the latest by from Ocean Housing Group Ltd and continues its £200 million investment in the county since 2000.
The homes will be constructed by the group’s construction and development company, Gilbert & Goode Ltd.
Foot Anstey lawyers Rachel Langley and James Clark advised on the acquisition and planning aspects of the deal respectively.
Real estate specialists from Foot Anstey have worked alongside Ocean Housing on several of its sites in Cornwall.
