St Agnes-based Evolution Personal & Corporate Development is marking 20 years in business with a refreshed brand, redefined service offering and a new website.
The changes follow a comprehensive strategic review of Evolution’s business, carried out with support from marketing consultancy, Minchin & Grimshaw, under the Growth Accelerator scheme.
Evolution, which provides business training, coaching and consultancy for organisations across the UK and Europe, has seen its core market gradually moving away from traditional NLP led training.
The challenge for Evolution was therefore to find a way to reposition the company to take advantage of new business opportunities, while maintaining its position in the local market as a supplier of NLP-based training, coaching and strategic support.
Evolution’s MD, Martin Crump, said: “We have been really impressed with Minchin & Grimshaw’s work and the way it has already, less than two weeks in, proved to be successful. We have already received enquiries and proposals which if successful would equate to 80% of our turnover last year.
“Traffic on our new website, developed by UKNetWeb with Simon Minchin as project leader, has doubled without us starting to drive any traffic to the site, and engagements on Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter have all increased.”
