Local law firm Coodes has appointed a new conveyancer to its residential property team.
Mark Florey established Nalders Solicitors’ conveyancing team in Penzance before moving across to Newquay, where he spent ten years growing the firm’s business in north Cornwall.
Florey, who will be based in Coodes’ Truro office, said: “Coodes also has an excellent reputation and a long, proud history. It’s the ideal place for me to move forward in my career.”
