Amalia Chambers and Alex Reed, chartered students at Robinson Reed Layton, have passed two exams enabling them to move on to their final year of chartered accountancy training.

The pair travelled to Plymouth to take the Business Strategy and Business Planning Taxation exams, bringing them one step closer to achieving their goal of becoming Chartered Accountants.

They will need to pass their final exams before becoming fully qualified chartered accountants next summer.

Nick Skerratt, a partner at Robinson Reed Layton, said: “On behalf of all of the partners, I would like to say how pleased we are with Amalia and Alex for achieving this next step towards their chartered accountancy qualification.

“We were not surprised to see both students pass with ease as we know that they are already real assets to the firm and will continue to progress with us once they are fully qualified.”
