Firm names new partner

Robinson Reed Layton, the Truro-based firm of chartered accountants and chartered tax advisers, has named a new partner.

Charities director, Mark Williams, has been with the firm for 15 years, joining as a trainee chartered accountant.

He has a wealth of experience in the charity sector, and has headed up the firm’s charities and not for profit practice in recent years.

Senior partner, Paul Reed, said: “Mark joined the firm in 1999 and we recognised his talent and passion for the profession straight away. We are so pleased that he has now been made partner.”

Williams added: “I am delighted to have been made partner in the firm. My time spent at the firm over the years has been particularly rewarding and I have learnt a great deal under the leadership of the Partners.

“I am very much looking forward to my new role, leading and developing the skills of my team.”
