Despite being Britain’s fastest growing accountancy firm for the second year running, Bishop Fleming has still managed to reduce its environmental impact.
The firm’s latest financial-year results reveal a growth in turnover of 23%, driven by winning 700 new clients (an 8% increase), with 41 new recruits (including 17 trainees).
But the firm, which has offices across the south west, including Truro, also exceeded its target of reducing the three measures of its carbon footprint by 5%.
Energy use (gas and electricity) was cut by 8.4% per employee, paper & toner use was cut by 16.7%, and car-mileage was cut by 6.2% per employee.
