Truro-based client is looking to recruit an experienced service advisor to join its team. The main purpose of the role is to identify customer requirements with the responsibility of providing optimum customer care to achieve customer satisfaction and ensuring a satisfactory, smooth process in regard to accident damage and the repatriation of their vehicle.
Candidates will be responsible for managing the service booking process, greeting/receiving service customers, progressing customer vehicles and vehicle handover and ultimately managing overall customer satisfaction.
PLEASE NOTE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING AS A SERVICE ADVISOR WITHIN THE MOTOR INDUSTRY IS ESSENTIAL IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
