Worldwide Financial Planning, which has offices in Truro and Wadebridge, has appointed Indian Queens-based Lorica Insurance Brokers as its preferred partner for general insurance services.

The move will allow Worldwide to extend the range of specialist support it offers and hopes it will be the first of a number of preferred partnership agreements with a range of companies across differing sectors.

Worldwide’s director, Neil Chamberlain, said: “We get a number of clients wanting support in other areas that are linked to their finances, and although we work with other brokers, we wanted to create a partnership with general insurance experts who can give the same high level of service to our customers as our IFAs.”

David Easdon, Lorica Insurance Brokers’ account executive, said: “We’re very pleased to be part of this partnership with Worldwide.

“At Lorica we have a simple philosophy, to place the customer at the forefront of everything we do. Our relationship management is central to how we work and providing a bespoke service is what we do.”
