Bishop Fleming is fastest growing

Bishop Fleming has been revealed to be the fastest growing firm in the league table of the UK’s Top 50 accountants.

Latest figures from trade publication Accountancy Age, show that Bishop Fleming has achieved the biggest growth, at 28%, of all the country’s top 50 firms.

With offices in Truro, Bristol, Bath, Exeter, Plymouth, Torquay, and Worcester, Bishop Fleming has 25 partners and 150 fee-earning staff.

The Accountancy Age analysis also reveals that Bishop Fleming’s fee-income for accountancy services has grown by 26%, while the firm’s fee-income for tax services has grown by 65%, and its fee-income for consultancy has doubled in the past year.

Bishop Fleming managing partner, Matthew Lee, said: “These findings reflect the changes and developments we have introduced during the past year.

“Part of this growth is provided by our recent acquisition of operations in Worcester and Bath. The bigger growth in our tax services reflects our investment in some of the best tax specialists for every office, spanning personal tax, corporate tax, international tax, and VAT.

“We can now match any ‘Big Four’ global firm in this region for the quality of tax advice we can provide.”
