Thirty solicitors from firms throughout Cornwall have attended a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminar on trusts, tax and investment issues at the Truro branch of investment management company Brewin Dolphin.
The seminar was given by Brewin Dolphin business development manager Steve Skelding, an expert on the subject and member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Attending the event provided each of the solicitors with credit towards their annual amount of CPD required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
“It’s often necessary to travel a long way to hear experts like Steve speak so the seminar proved very popular,” said Truro Brewin Dolphin investment manager Lee Dearden.
