A leading Cornish financial advisory firm has marked its 25th anniversary by signing a strategic alliance with one of the UK’s top specialist investment managers.
TMS Financial Solutions, of Truro, Penzance and Falmouth, has linked up with Brooks Macdonald Asset Management (BMAM) to enhance the choices available to clients.
Through the newly-launched Peninsula Managed Portfolio range, BMAM will manage the investment portfolios of TMS clients on a discretionary basis, covering most risk attitudes and income and growth strategies.
TMS director Brian Steward commented: “Global insecurity, increasing legislation and rapid market change have highlighted the need for new financial solutions and specialist teams with the expertise and technology to focus solely on day-to-day money management.

Under the new alliance, TMS will oversee the investment process and agree asset allocation for all portfolios. BMAM will buy and sell assets from the whole investment market to build the initial multi asset investment portfolios and manage them on an ongoing basis.
