Local businesses will have the opportunity to quiz the next MP for Truro and Falmouth at a ‘Question Time’ style event hosted by Follett Stock on Thursday evening.
Prospective Parliamentary Candidates from the main three parties, together with candidates from Mebyon Kernow and the UK Independence Party, will be facing the questions at Truro City FC’s Strikers bar, from 7pm onwards.
Although there will be an opportunity to submit questions in advance, there will also be time for the audience to ask further questions at the event, subject to any moderation by the chair of the panel, BBC Radio Cornwall’s Laurence Reed.
The confirmed panel attendees are: Charlotte MacKenzie (Labour); Glen Corcoron (UKIP); Loic Rich (Mebyon Kernow); Sarah Newton (Conservative); and Terrye Teverson (Liberal Democrats).
