A Cornwall College lecturer has been recognised as one of the highest trained skin care professionals in the country, after being awarded Dermalogica Expert status.
Fran Clapham has just completed her training at the International Dermal Institute and she becomes only the second person in Cornwall to achieve this.
Clapham, who is the beauty team leader for the Cornwall College Group, said: “I’m very pleased and very proud to be granted this status, which means I can pass on my expertise and skills to our learners.
“It is incredibly hard to become a Dermalogica Expert; it can take between two and three years, lots of training and, of course, the revision, which is intense.”
