A new reception area, client meeting rooms and office space are now open, while a second phase should be completed by the end of the year, giving staff 700 sq m of new working areas and allowing them to move from five separate offices into one building.

Peter Marshall, head of Stephens Scown’s St Austell office, said: “This marks an exciting time in the firm’s history and underlines our commitment to St Austell.

“Our firm’s origins are in the town, so I’m particularly excited that we have played a key role in redeveloping and reinvigorating these old buildings in the town centre. The extra space has allowed us to recruit and base more staff in St Austell too, which will help us continue our focus on excellent client service.”
