St Austell-based recruitment consultancy, AC 1 Recruitment, has appointed a new operations director.
Alex O’Byrne was originally taken on last October as operations manager, but MD Tony Cousins has been so impressed with his performance – which included setting up a new satellite office in the Pool Innovation Centre – that he has now made him a director of the business.
Cousins said: “In the short time that Alex has been operations manager, he has had such a positive impact on the business. His vision and tenacity has shown me that he is the right person for the job.”
