The Scarlet and the Bedruthan Hotel and Spa have increased the pay rates for all entry level roles to £11 per hour.
The news comes shortly after Red Hotels’ commitment to becoming a Real Living Wage Employer.
Owner of the Scarlet and Bedruthan, Emma Stratton, said: “We are fully committed at Red to provide our teams with a great place to work and flourish.
