According to new data, Cornwall dominates the list of most searched-for surfing spots in the UK.

Five Cornish locations feature in the top ten, which was compiled by Stay in Devon with the help of data platform, SEMrush.

While Croyde in Devon was highlighted as the UK’s most popular surf beach in terms of searches – 2,900 per month – Cornwall has more entries in the top ten than any other region in the UK with Newquay (ranked 2nd) , Polzeath (3), Fistral (6), Bude (8) and Gwithian (10) all appearing on the list.
