A Cornwall-based hospitality consultancy is offering free one-to-one sessions to help businesses in the south west rebound after a year of disruption.

The Brocklebank Partnership is run by Tim Brocklebank, who has more than 25 years of business ownership and senior management experience in the industry.

Set up in 2016 after the sale of previous venture, The Rosevine Hotel in Cornwall, the consultancy now supports a number of businesses in the hospitality and tourism sector throughout the UK.

Brocklebank said: “After what has been perhaps the most difficult year ever for hospitality, we think it’s important to offer help to businesses which might be struggling as a result of the impact of the pandemic.

“We decided to offer the free one-hour sessions to start a conversation with business owners and managers in need of an external sounding board.

“A coaching session with an action plan is the natural next step, and depending on the requirements of the particular business, we can explore anything from setting new financial goals to return to profitability, addressing short to medium operational needs, or helping a business ready itself for the fast approaching season ahead.”

Also available to hotels and restaurants is a mentoring scheme designed for longer-term support, and a project management consulting service.
