The Cornwall Gold and Tolgus Mill visitor attraction has been brought to the market for the first time in 30 years.
Located two miles outside Redruth on the road to Portreath, the attraction, which includes a Grade II listed former mill works, also features a restaurant and retail outlets in grounds spanning 18 acres.
Owner FS Group says it is selling the operation to focus on other businesses in its portfolio.
Cornwall Gold and Tolgus Mill is on the market with Christie & Co on a freehold basis, with a guide price of £2.5 million.
