Flybe has revealed details of two new routes it will be flying out of Newquay Airport next summer.

The airline, which last week announced increased capacity on its London Gatwick service, will in total feature nine routes from Cornwall, including new destinations – Aberdeen and Doncaster Sheffield.

Other highlights include the continuation of Flybe’s regular daily flights to Manchester and the return of daily flights to Birmingham.

In addition, there is the return of seasonal routes for peak summer of Saturday flights to Belfast City, Edinburgh and Newcastle, and daily flight to and from London Stansted.

Airport MD, Al Titterington, said: “Following on from Flybe’s good news last week, its announcement of new routes to Aberdeen and Doncaster Sheffield is again great news for the airport, and Cornwall as a whole.

“We are committed to providing the best service possible and are thrilled to increase our national connectivity.”
