Brend Hotels has been named the AA Hotel Group of the Year.
The company has hotels across Devon and Cornwall, including the Carlyon Bay Hotel near St Austell, and the Royal Duchy in Falmouth.
The accolade was awarded at last night’s (October 5) AA Hospitality Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
MD of Brend Hotels, John Brend, said: “It is a real honour to be recognised in this way by such a prestigious organisation as the AA.
“We are thrilled to receive this award, which is a testament to the incredibly high standards our team achieve every day. At Brend Hotels, we are totally committed to one thing – making sure our guests have an amazing time.”
Guests at the awards, hosted by Fiona Bruce, were treated to a gastronomic menu created by Cornwall-based chef, Nathan Outlaw.
