Blue Chip Holidays has been appointed as sole agent to market Charteroak Estates’ three luxury lodge developments in the south west.
This includes the Stonerush Lakes, near Fowey, which comprises 23 high-end waterside and woodland lodges.
Blue Chip’s head of product development, Sam Wrigglesworth, said: “Charteroak Estates have one of the finest collections of waterside and countryside lodges in the country.
“With close to 40 properties, and plans for more, this deal represents a significant increase in the size of our portfolio, and further improves the breadth of experience we can offer our discerning holiday guests.”
The deal follows a similar agreement Blue Chip struck recently with the new Una St Ives resort in Carbis Bay.
