The Springfields Fun Park and Pony Centre has gone on the market for the first time in 13 years.
The 32 acre site, located nine miles from Newquay in St Columb Major, features a number of attractions including a boating lake and indoor play centre and has been put on the market for £850k by the Exeter office of Jones Lang LaSalle.
John Kinsey, director within the hotels and hospitality team of Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “This is an exciting instruction as the set up and site are ready for trading in the 2014 season.
“The sale includes a substantial detached house with potential to be redesigned into a three- bedroom home with annexe.
“I think the asking price of £850k for the site, residential property and livestock will generate strong interest in the market.”
The current owners are selling the attraction due to pending retirement.
