The Falmouth Hotel has been awarded TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence.
The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on the TripAdvisor travel site.
The hotel’s general manager, Christopher Roberts, said: “We strive to offer our customers a memorable experience, and this accolade is evidence that our hard work is translating into positive reviews on TripAdvisor.”
At the beginning of the year the hotel invested in a complete refurbishment of its leisure facilities and has now embarked on the redecoration of 35 bedrooms and bathrooms.
