Following on from a successful first year, plans have been unveiled to increase production for the 2013 Falmouth Town Guide by 50%.
More than 40,000 guidebooks were distributed this year, with 25,000 going out in the first ten weeks across Cornwall and to 280 Tourist Information Centres south of Birmingham.
Fal River Visitor Information Centre manager Nicola Kneebone said: “The 2012 edition of the Falmouth Guide has been received extremely well, by those who have received a copy from our office or through our extensive distribution service.
“Those who took out listings have also responded positively, and many have contacted us already to make sure they are included in our guide for 2013.”
In response to demand, the print run for 2013 has been increased from 40,000 to 60,000.
