Under new ownership, Flybe is set to return to Cornwall Airport Newquay later this year, operating daily flights to London Heathrow and Manchester.

Commencing on October 30, the regional airline will launch twice daily (Monday to Friday) flights to London Heathrow (daily service at weekends), while also adding a daily link to Manchester.

Maintaining non-stop access to Europe’s busiest hub, and increasing links to the heart of northwest England, is a major development for the Cornish airport.

MD, Sam O’Dwyer, said: “We’re delighted to be welcoming the new Flybe as our tenth airline partner at Newquay.

“With daily flights to both London Heathrow and Manchester starting this winter, these new routes will add much needed extra capacity as well as additional options for passengers on two of our major markets.”
