Since its founding in 1999, Corfloors has grown from a small business in Exeter Street to a regional leader, recognised for excellence in the flooring industry. Early in its journey, founder Andy achieved regional acclaim by winning the Southwest Carpet Fitter of the Year award, setting a high standard that continues to define Corfloors today. Our staff are all locally trained, showcasing Corfloors’ commitment to building skills within the community. Further success came recently when apprentice Dylan Boundy was awarded the Vistry Apprentice of the Year—a testament to Corfloors’ dedication to nurturing local talent through its nationally recognised apprenticeship programme. In 2011, this commitment was highlighted when Corfloors was named among the top 100 National Apprentice Employers in England.
A longstanding member of the Recofloor recycling program, Corfloors has recycled over 27 tonnes of vinyl offcuts, significantly reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices across the Southwest. This year, Corfloors’ environmental achievements earned them an international Green Apple Award for sustainability, and they have been invited to Kensington Palace on November 18 to join Recofloor as their guest at the awards ceremony.
