Outset Cornwall is hosting a Grand Day Out on Truro’s Lemon Quay later this month.
Featuring handmade crafts, gourmet foods, vintage lawn games and face painting, plus live performances and demonstrations, Outset’s market-style event on Sunday September 19 promises something for everyone.
Kate Perkin, Outset Cornwall’s programme director, said: “With many events postponed or cancelled over the last 18 months as a result of the restrictions that were in place, it’s been difficult to do something like this.
“Now we’re getting back to some sort of normal, we decided to organise an event that showcases our talented and creative clients, while also giving them the chance to grow their businesses.”
Stallholders will include Rebelicious Sauces, Maka Play, Pandora’s Clay Box and The Paper Otter plus many others, all of whom have been part of Outset’s business support programme at some point over the past 12 years.
And if you’ve got a business idea of your own, Outset’s business advisors will be on hand to chat with and see if they can help you start your own business journey.
Kate added: “We’re extremely proud to be part of our clients’ journeys so far, supporting them while they’ve successfully started their new businesses.
“It just goes to show what you can achieve when you have the right support behind you, helping you get your ideas off the ground and make them a reality.”
