One of Falmouth’s longest-established coffee houses is under new ownership.
The Cavendish Coffee House, which first opened its doors 30 years ago, has been bought by Ian Williams from previous owners Rachel and Stephen Jones, who had held the keys for the past three and a half years.
Rachel Jones commented: “The Cavendish Coffee House is a big part of the town and I hope our customers will agree that over the last three and a half years, we have brought it up to date without losing its vintage feel.
“We have really enjoyed our time with the Cavendish team and are delighted that many locals from the town visit regularly and many tourists return year on year.
“In order to now concentrate on the growth of our other businesses, Steve and I are extremely happy to have Ian Williams become the new owner of the Cavendish as it was important to us that we sold to a local family who shared a similar passion and vision for the Cavendish as ourselves.”
