The new leader of Cornwall Council, John Pollard, has confirmed details of the allocation of portfolios among the ten members of the cabinet.
Deputy leader, Jeremy Rowe, will assume responsibilities for devolution and localism, while the economy and culture portfolio has gone to Julian German.
Alex Folkes has been handed the finance and resources portfolio, while Bert Biscoe will continue with the transport portfolio.
Other posts include Judith Haycock (health and adult care), Andrew Wallis (children), Geoff Brown (homes and communities), Edwina Hannaford (environment, heritage and planning), and Adam Paynter (partnerships).
In addition to his position as leader of the Council, Pollard take care of reputation and performance.
The first meeting of the new Cabinet will take place on Wednesday, June 12.
