A group of apprentices from Cornwall Council has been presented with their certificates after successfully completing a bespoke training programme designed with Cornwall College Business (CCB).
The presentation, which took place at The Business Space in Truro, was an opportunity for the apprentices to share their success with managers, colleagues and trainers from CCB.
Paul Masters, assistant chief executive at Cornwall Council, a former apprentice himself, joined the apprentices for the celebration and said: “In challenging times it’s great that we can continue to develop our staff.
“We need people with the right skills and qualifications to meet changing demands and conditions, and the bespoke programme that we put together with CCB met all our needs.”
