Happy Days recently opened a new nursery in Exeter, which brings the total number of the company’s nurseries in Devon and Cornwall to 16.

Now with the recent investment from ISIS Equity Partners (ISIS) adding to previous funding of £1.2 million (secured in April 2012), the company plans to open a further six nurseries over the next two years.

MD, Jackie Arthur, said: “It’s a really exciting time for us. This extra investment shows confidence in the management team and in our strategy for growth.

“We’ve made some great developments with our nurseries over the past two years and the talented team I have here is ready to go and take us to the next level.”

Since its formation in 1991, Happy Days has grown into a £5 million turnover company, with four nurseries in strategic locations in Truro and others in Bodmin, Falmouth, Liskeard, Newquay, St Austell, Par, Wadebridge and Summercourt, as well as Plymouth and Exeter.
