Cornish holiday lettings business Carbis Bay Holidays is opening its first ‘shop front’ premises next month.
The company is establishing the new offices midway between Carbis Bay and St Ives, the two areas in which it specialises.
The move is designed to help it forge closer ties with other local businesses and potential new clients looking to rent out their property.
Richard Brindley of Carbis Bay Holidays explained: “Hitherto we have operated primarily as a web-based business. With ‘Location, Location, Location’ in mind, our first shop-front offices will allow us to offer a friendly face to our already professional service.
“We are also confident that the move will add a new dimension to the way in which we work with our local partners and the way in which we develop new mutually beneficial relationships.”
