Chris Worrell joined as a partner in the corporate team of Cornwall law firm Foot Anstey Hancock Caffin from the London office of Osborne Clarke.
Chris has worked for a wide range of clients from start up companies to entrepreneurs to listed international companies and frequently works alongside accountants, banks, corporate finance advisers and other intermediaries on a diverse range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, AIM flotations and placings, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, company restructuring and general corporate and company matters.
His recent transactions include advising a telecommunications company on a series of equity and debt fundraisings, a restructuring of a facilities management company to effect a tax efficient return of capital to the founding shareholder and a start-up marine products manufacturer in connection with its shareholder arrangements.
