The Fluid Branding Team

One of Cornwall’s brightest young businesses has relocated to Brunel Business Park in St Austell.

Business promotions company Fluid Branding, which was shortlisted for Best New Business In Cornwall at this year’s Cornwall Business Awards, has just moved to St Austell following a period of rapid growth.

The company, formerly based in Camborne, has more than trebled the size of its previous offices with dedicated areas for studio, sales, admin, mailing and boardroom.

The £4.78 million Brunel Business Park, situated next to the St Austell urban village on Carlyon Road, was developed by the South West of England Regional Development Agency with support from the Objective One European Development Fund.

It has a number of eco-friendly features including an earth energy heating system, rainwater harvesting and natural ventilation, and was awarded an ‘excellent’ rating for its green credentials.

Matt Franks of Fluid Branding commented: “As a business we have enjoyed significant growth over the last 18 months to become one of the UK’s leading business promotions companies. The result of this growth was a need for new offices that would not only accommodate our requirement for immediate space but also enable us to expand further in the future.

“The office space at Brunel Business Park suits our needs perfectly – providing us with stylish, well designed and environmentally-friendly office space, creating a great environment for our team and our business, and we look forward to the next phase of our development here.”

Stephen Bohane, head of business development at the South West RDA in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, said: “We’re delighted to welcome such a forward-thinking young business to Brunel Business Park. Our role is to invest to unlock business potential and this is an excellent example of how the RDA’s investment in high quality workspace can support the growth aspirations of our local companies.”

Fluid Branding has taken a 12-year lease on a 234 sq m (2519 sq ft) unit through South West commercial property specialists Vickery Holman, acting on behalf of the RDA.

Neil Stubbs of Vickery Holman’s Truro office commented: “We were delighted to be able to assist Fluid Branding with their relocation and wish them well at their new premises.”

There are still a number of new office premises available at Brunel Business Park and interested parties should contact Neil on 01872 245600.
