The Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) is an initiative funded by the Department for Education. The goal is to ensure businesses and people have the skills they need to thrive and progress. FSB is leading a project to create an employer led plan to address the issue.
As part of the project, FSB is holding an initial series of manufacturing, engineering & marine, and construction & retrofit focus groups in January. There are both in-person (at St Austell Conference Centre) and online options.
The FSB really wants to hear your views, so if you are in one of these sectors, please register your interest for the most appropriate event for you, you only need to book one.
