Places are filling up fast for a new customer service training workshop taking place later this month.

Hosted by recently-formed training company Marbell, the event will take place at the Pool Innovation Centre on Tuesday, January 25.

Run by Mark Webb – a trainer with over ten years’ experience – the training company offers a range of workshops and courses, working with employees to ensure they feel confident in dealing with customers across a range of situations and conversations.

He said: “I’ve been delighted by the early interest in working with Marbell, and am excited to see what 2022 brings. It’s great to be able to offer my Excellence in Customer Service course in Pool and am looking forward to working with attendees.”
