Expert speakers from various sectors are sharing their insights on how skills and support can help businesses in the region recover post pandemic at an event later this month.

Hosted by CCB Training, which forms part of The Cornwall College Group (TCCG), the interactive event will take place on the morning of Friday 23.

“This event is key for businesses to navigate the plethora of Government incentives to support them as we come out of lockdown,” said Justin Olosundѐ, TCCG’s assistant principal for external engagements and business innovation. “Understanding the support available to local businesses will help our economy recovery and come out stronger.

“We also want to hear from businesses from all sectors, to understand what skills and support they need, and we urge them to join us at our virtual event.”

Speakers include Paul Coles, CEO at the South West Business Council (SWBC); James Hampton, head of development and engagement at Seasalt; Dawn George, director of HR and inclusion at The Eden Project; Kate Ellis, PR and social value manager at Kier Group; and Phillip Anthony, sales and marketing director at DP Engineering.
