Heatmapping shows where visitors move and click their cursor on your site. It allows you to interpret such issues as whether visitors are being distracted from clicking on calls to action or may be looking for information on your site which is missing.
Once any existing issues have been identified you will be able to make changes to help you decrease bounce rates and increase conversions and sales.
